Our areas of technical specialisation

Sites and apps for managing complex content and catalogues

We developed 3Spices, a proprietary platform that integrates CMS, product data and ecommerce in a single system. This lets us build articulated sites and catalogues, with complex product hierarchies, variants and configurators, without writing critical code for each project. The platform is scalable, configurable and secure. The front-end is free: every project has its own design, with no template constraints.

Ecommerce

We have built ecommerce in different sectors, with 3Spices as the backbone. We know both the technical issues (performance, integration with external systems, order management) and the commercial ones (pricing, VAT, shipping, conversion, customer journey, catalogue management). We don't just "build the shop": we know how it has to work in order to sell.

Mass customization

For years we built and ran a large-scale product personalisation platform: configurators, variants, interactive shopping experience, made-to-measure production management. It is a complex technical and UX domain, where field experience makes the difference between a configurator that works and one that loses customers.

AI systems

We use networks of AI agents in our own work and in Cone's operating processes, orchestrating frontier and local models. This direct experience lets us design AI systems for our clients' organisations with a real understanding of what works in production. The most common applications: automation of internal processes, support and customer service agents, intelligent integration between existing systems, automated market research and analysis, sales support.

How we work

We work with a mix of human skills and AI agents. Direction, architectural choices and the overall vision are always human. AI agents speed up execution where it makes sense, under constant supervision. The result is a balance between quality of reasoning and operational efficiency.

Launch is not the end of the project, it is the beginning of the learning phase. We set up tracking before going live, we measure how the tool is used, and we use that data to improve it over time.
