For the project to be succesful it's required the coordinate and structured adoption of a number of tools, both conceptual and technical.

Depending on necessities we use, for instance:

• activities of market analysis, segmentation, researches...
• CRM activities and tools
• web sites and portals
• end-user and B2B e-commerce tools
• marketing and commercial business processes software supports
• online promotion: search, advertising,...
• online behaviour clustering and analysis
• business intelligence tools
• ...

We develop these tools through our internal structure or by worldwide sourcing, to identify the best supplier for each specific case.

As we are upgrading our technology platform from Apache Jetspeed to JSR168, we now release OpenSource some of our tools. Please see here for a list of released portlets.
